Frequently Asked Questions

Detailed answers regarding our local-first security architecture, platform rules, adaptive formatting, and pay-as-you-go billing

🛡️ Account Safety & Privacy

We minimize the risk of platform flags through architectural and behavioral alignment.

UniPublisher utilizes compliant official APIs (OpenAPI) and controlled local browser automation, closely matching human-like interactions on your machine. The publishing workflow preserves author preview and confirmation steps, avoiding automated spam-like spikes.

Please note: Account health and content approval ultimately depend on content compliance, existing account reputation, and dynamic platform policies. We advise creators to follow community guidelines for each respective network.
By architectural design, unpublished drafts, local images, and platform sessions reside solely on your device, bypassing centralized cloud relays.

• Zero Cloud Retention: Unlike cloud-based multi-posting tools that store your unreleased research on external servers, local-first drastically reduces risks of centralized data breaches or unauthorized access;
• OS-Level Encryption: Sensitive credentials and sessions are encrypted locally via Windows hardware-level security APIs (safeStorage / DPAPI), accessible only under your OS user account.

✍️ Formatting & Platform Adaptation

The engine features adaptive formatting rules to preserve layout integrity across ecosystems.

Because platform editors vary significantly (e.g., lack of native LaTeX support, proprietary code block styles):
• For platforms without LaTeX support, formulas are rendered locally into high-precision vector images;
• Code blocks are dynamically mapped to native styling;
• Images are formatted and compressed to meet each platform's size quotas.

Since final display depends on each platform's frontend parser, preview verification before publishing is recommended.
We transparently adhere to platform quotas and provide granular controls.

For instance, WeChat restricts daily broadcast frequency, so UniPublisher offers dual modes: "Save as Draft in Backend" or "Direct Publish". For LinkedIn, whose API prioritizes short posts, long-form articles are formatted and easily copied to the official editor. All platform limitations are disclosed transparently in the UI.
Yes, channel selection is completely flexible.

Before dispatching, you can select only the channels you want (e.g., Binance Square + WeChat). The engine dispatches only to selected destinations; unselected platforms remain untouched.

🏢 For Web3 Projects & PR Agencies

By combining multi-channel concurrent syndication with local credential isolation, Web3 teams achieve maximum distribution efficiency without compromising operational security.

• Simultaneous Crypto & Global Social Reach: Web3 teams often need to communicate across disparate communities. With UniPublisher, once an announcement or technical research piece is written, it can be distributed simultaneously to major crypto media ecosystems (Binance Square, PANews, Foresight News, Odaily) and global channels like 𝕏 (Twitter) and Substack, eliminating hours of repetitive manual cross-posting;
• Dual-Mode Scheduling for Research & Quick Alerts: In-depth technical articles retain hierarchical headings, syntax-highlighted code, and LaTeX math formulas, while short updates can be tailored for fast social broadcasts without layout corruption;
• OS-Level Local Credential Isolation: All platform login sessions and tokens are encrypted locally via Windows DPAPI (safeStorage). Zero credentials or embargoed drafts are stored on centralized cloud relays, safeguarding Web3 teams against third-party database leaks.
Through official draft pre-review workflows and transparent pay-as-you-go billing, PR agencies gain a standardized, low-risk content syndication system.

• Draft-First Pre-Review Workflow: PR releases demand rigorous client review. UniPublisher supports synchronizing articles directly into the official "Draft Box" of target platforms (such as WeChat Official Account drafts and media editor drafts), allowing project leads or clients to conduct final approvals before going live;
• Adaptive Formatting Eliminates Manual Formatting Chores: From a single Markdown or rich-text master draft, our engine adapts typography, blockquotes, and image compression to match each platform's editor specs, freeing media staff to focus on storytelling rather than tedious re-formatting;
• Credit Pack Model for Clear Project Accounting: With flexible pay-as-you-go credit packs, credits are deducted only upon verified platform success. Agencies can cleanly attribute publication costs to specific clients or campaigns with zero idle waste.
Major search engines index different ecosystem types independently; following best-practice distribution timing will not harm your core site ranking.

• Naturally Decoupled Ecosystems: Social platforms (𝕏, Weibo, LinkedIn) and closed in-app communities (WeChat Official Accounts, Binance Square mobile app) operate on different indexing and algorithmic mechanisms compared to open web pages. Publishing across these channels serves in-ecosystem feeds and private audiences without competing against your primary web blog in Google search results;
• Recommended Staggered Distribution Strategy: For exclusive, in-depth research articles, we recommend the "Primary First, Syndication Next" workflow: publish first on your official canonical website or Substack so search engines index the original source, then syndicate across other channels a few hours or a day later via UniPublisher with attribution links where supported. This protects canonical SEO authority while maximizing cross-channel visibility.

💳 Pricing, Credits & Free Trial

We offer flexible pricing plans with a free trial and zero forced purchases.

• Free Trial: 50 free dispatches upon registration without requiring a payment method;
• Flexible Pay-As-You-Go: 1 credit = 1 successful channel dispatch (e.g., dispatching one article to 3 channels consumes 3 credits);
• Credit Validity: Purchased and non-refunded credits currently have no fixed expiration date, allowing creators to publish at their own pace.
We operate on a strict "charged only on confirmed success" policy.

Credits are deducted only when the destination platform returns a verified success confirmation (or draft creation confirmation). Tasks encountering timeouts, network failures, or unconfirmed states are not charged.
During the early access period, registered users receive 50 free dispatches without requiring a credit card or payment setup.

You can test the full publishing workflow across all 16 channels to verify performance before purchasing any credits.
